Keeping up

As I am nearing a big milestone in my life (approximately a year and 2 months away), I learned that my health is worth it and I don't mind spending a little extra to keep myself up - mind, body, and soul.

About 4 years ago, I discovered Korean beauty and skincare products. Since then, that's all that I use. Why? Well when I decided to make a leap and change in product usage, I noticed my skin getting brighter, moisturized, and less aged.

Having worked in New York City, my office was not that far from Koreatown, where I had access to Korean beauty and skincare products galore. I looked forward to the yearly Peach and Lily sample sale, where products were ridiculously discounted. Being that we live so far away now, I unfortunately don't have that luxury any longer, but luckily I do have friends that will shop for me and send me care packages full of my favorite Korean skincare goodies.

That said, I would love to share with you my favorite Korean and non Korean skincare products that are worthy of my love. ;)

Triple C Lightning Liquid - $27 / This helps brightens and brings radiance back to your skin. When I started using it, I noticed it brought brightness and brought some balance to my skin. It's a nice add to my regimen.

Supergoop! SPF 50 Glow Stick Sunscreen - $25 / Although not Korean, I added this as the last piece of my regimen. The sun is strong here that it's always protect every inch of your skin, especially your face. We tend to forget the face, but this sunscreen stick reminds you to not forget.

As mentioned above, whether you're in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond, your skin is the largest organ of your body. If you don't take care of it, aging will come along quite sooner than you hoped. Yes, it takes a lot to invest in good skincare, but it's worth every penny of your money, I assure you.

I'm so happy that I discovered and implanted Korean beauty products into my regimen 4 years ago. My skin thanks #kbeauty.

사랑을 담아 / with love,
